We are grant strategists and evaluation experts committed to helping nonprofits kick-start their next chapter

ABOUT REVA

We approach every project with creativity, craft, and collaboration

With over 30 years of experience leading complex, high-stakes projects, we know what it takes to turn bold ideas into actionable plans that make a measurable impact.

Our work is grounded in helping organizations connect the dots—linking visionary ideas to structured strategies and real-world results.

REVA Group was founded to support nonprofits and small businesses that are challenging the status quo, working on the front lines of innovation, and building a better future.

Stacie often partners with various issue-area experts and grant writers to best fit a project’s needs.

Whether it’s crafting large grant proposals, designing long-term funding strategies, or conducting program evaluations to refine and enhance your work, we partner with you to navigate everything from the big picture to the smallest details.

OUR VALUES

CREATIVITY

We value the creativity of our clients and strive to preserve it, while bringing our own creative problem-solving to move projects forward quickly and effectively.

COLLABORATION

We act as thought partners, combining deep collaboration with insights from program evaluation to advise on evidence-based practices for program design and implementation.

CRAFT

We focus on producing work that not only stands the test of time but can also be adapted and reused for future projects, maximizing its value.

OUT OF OFFICE

Long walks in nature are part of our process (and self-care)

We believe long walks are one of the best ways to recharge and think creatively. Our founder Stacie is Based in Hudson Valley, where you can often find her exploring the trails near her home.

The team at REVA Group understands how positive having access to nature can be for clearing our minds, connecting ideas, and staying energized around our work. This is why we advocate for nature access for all as part of our work.

We acknowledge that the lands of New Paltz and the Mohonk Preserve are part of the ancestral and unceded territories of the Munsee Lenape, Schaghticoke, and Mohican peoples. We honor their enduring relationship with this land and recognize the profound impacts of colonization that displaced them. As we benefit from this place, we commit to respecting its history and the resilience of its original caretakers.
