A well-researched funding strategy is a foundational piece for your long term grant success.
Our approach:
We’ll do the deep work with you to create a well-designed one-page project prospectus with a clear description of what you want funded. From there, we’ll mine our leading-edge grant databases to create a list of 20 grant opportunities based on eligibility criteria and competitiveness to maximize your odds of being funded. With your feedback and additional research, we’ll narrow this to a curated list of 8-10 grants with detailed notes about what each will require.
As part of this process, we will pull together all of the essentials for future grant applications so that you can carry on this work internally: company documents, project descriptions and budgets, letters of intent, scripts for talking with funders and more. You will also receive a grant calendar to track applications and reporting, which will streamline this work across your team.
If you don’t have the bandwidth to implement the strategy, we’re available by retainer to help you check those tasks off the list.
