Our approach:

PHASE 1: 

If you did not start with a funding strategy, we will research the grant opportunity, provide coaching and scripts for direct outreach to the funder, and write a letter of intent to best position the grant.

PHASE 2:

We use our toolkit from the funding strategy or Phase 1 to pull together financial estimates, a compelling narrative, a logic model, work plan, budget, and other key details for the application.

We can also find strategic partners for you and help you with the script for recruiting them.

PHASE 3: 

We will make suggestions about how to align your plan with the funding requirements and current trends in the field to make the application as competitive as possible.

Finally, we draft the grant, properly format it, and track all requirements of the application guidelines.

PHASE 4: 

We’ll track the announcement, reach out with follow-up questions, and solicit feedback on how to improve if the grant is not awarded.

PHASE 5:

For retainer clients, grant reporting can be included. For individual grant submissions, grant reporting can be added on as an additional service.

Cost + timeline:

🔁 Retainers: $4,000+ per month, 3-month minimum
🖋️ Individual grants: range from $3,000+ for small grants; $15,000+ for large state or federal grants
