Working with a STEAM education org to achieve goals for expanding their reach and program model

In 2021-2026, we were hired to do a federal program evaluation for Dramatic Results with the goal of providing data for continuous quality improvement and evidence of impact.

We did this through developing cross-program youth surveys to help compare results from community to community, extensive qualitative research, and regular check-in and data review meetings. So far in the project we have successfully achieved:

• A system to monitor project growth.

• Performance measures and evaluation reporting to satisfy federal requirements.

• Impact reporting that can be shared with new funders.
